What is the capacity for the Oak Room?

Capacity of the Oak Room reflects the current public health guidelines. Please speak with our Events Director, Heather, for the most up-to-date capacity limits. Regularly, the Oak Room can accommodate 50 people for a seated event and 120 for a standing cocktail reception.

When can I book the Oak Room for my event?

The Oak Room is available for bookings:

Monday - Fridays after 4:00pm
Saturdays & Sundays all day

Are you open for events on the weekend?

Yes, we are open for weekend events.

Do you include linens & décor?

Linen and décor can be provided for an additional fee.

Do you require a deposit? Are deposits refundable with cancellation?

We require 50% of your quoted minimum spend as deposit to secure your preferred date. This deposit is refundable up to 30 days before your event.

What is the gratuity percentage charged?

Gratuity is charged at a rate of 22% on all food and beverage items during lunch and evening service.

Can we bring live music and/or a DJ?

Yes, you can bring your own live music and/or DJ for your event.
